How to Reschedule a Service

How to change the date or time of your booked service.

Rescheduling

Need to change when your service is scheduled? Here's how:

  1. Go to your Orders page
  2. Find the booking you want to change
  3. Click "Reschedule"
  4. Select a new date and time from the pro's availability
  5. Confirm the change

Both you and your pro will receive a notification about the updated schedule.

Rescheduling policy

  • Rescheduling is free if done at least 24 hours before the appointment
  • Last-minute rescheduling (within 24 hours) may be subject to a fee depending on the pro's policy
  • If the pro can't accommodate your new time, you can cancel and rebook with another pro
