What's not covered

To keep our guarantee fair and sustainable, these situations are excluded:

  • Work performed outside the scope agreed upon through TaskNation
  • Damage due to pre-existing conditions not disclosed to the pro
  • Claims filed more than 14 days after service completion
  • Jobs where the customer directed the pro to perform work differently than quoted
  • Cosmetic preferences or subjective quality disagreements without documented defects
